1. Shopping Mall and Office Complex
The Anglican Diocese of Central Zimbabwe is making significant progress in the construction of a shopping mall and office block. The project has now reached the stage of erecting the first deck. All the 600 required iron bars for the first deck have been purchased and are ready for installation.
Milestones Achieved:
– Completion of foundation work
– Acquisition of necessary construction permits and stage approvals -ongoing
– Purchase and delivery of all 600 iron bars for the first deck
Upcoming Milestones:
- Completion of the first deck: The next imminent milestone is the successful completion of the first deck. This involves the installation of the purchased iron bars and the construction of the concrete platform for the first floor.
- Commencement of second deck construction: Once the first deck is completed, the construction of the second deck will commence. This will involve the installation of additional iron bars and the construction of the concrete platform for the second floor.
- Completion of the second floor: Following the successful completion of the second deck, the construction team will proceed with the construction of the second floor. This phase will include the installation of walls, windows, and other necessary structural components.
- Finalization of the shopping mall and office block: The completion of the second floor marks the final stage of the project. The construction team will focus on finishing touches, such as interior fittings, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping, to create a fully functional shopping mall and office block.
